Hi everyone,
I'm reaching out to get your help identifying the exact specifications of an SMD diode on the power board of a Kenwood Cooking Chef (ref. KC099) food processor.
Fault Context: Following a thunderstorm, the food processor no longer turns on at all (no display).
Diagnostic Steps Taken:
1. Fuses F1 and F2 are intact.
2. High voltage is present (320V DC across the main filtering capacitor).
3. Secondary low voltage is completely missing (0V across C39).
4. Bypass voltage on the LNK564DN (C42) is around 5V.
5. Diode D11 is dead shorted (measured off-board, 0 \Omega / continuity beep in both directions).
Diode D11 Characteristics:
* Package: SMD (SMA / DO-214AC type).
* Marking on package: 10 6B M (written on three lines).
* Location: Located right next to the LNK564DN (U11) switching IC and the low-voltage transformer.
My Questions:
1. Does anyone have the schematic for this board or the exact manufacturer reference for D11?
2. Is it a standard fast rectifier diode or a specific Zener / Schottky diode used in the LNK snubber circuit?
Thanks

AI: Could you add clear close-up photos of the power board around D11, U11/LNK564DN, the transformer, and also the reverse side of the PCB in that area?
I already add it
AI: Can you provide the PCB reference/revision number and, if possible, indicate where each side of D11 connects electrically, e.g. to the LNK564DN drain/snubber network, transformer winding, secondary output, or ground?
