Reporting a complaint about content moderation

Pursuant to Article 20, Recipients of Services have the right to receive information regarding content moderation and to submit complaints regarding moderation activities at the following link.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

Pursuant to Article 21, Recipients of Services have the right to seek out-of-court dispute resolution through a certified out-of-court dispute resolution body.

Advertising on the online platform

Pursuant to Article 26, in the case of online advertisements, Recipients of Services may click on the link titled "Advertisement" (see arrows below), to receive information concerning the natural or legal person for whom the advertisement is presented and which natural or legal person funded for the advertisement.
