Samsung UE55F7000SLXXH TV Cycling On/Off: Comparing BN94-06186C vs BN94-06186A Motherboards

Hello. Samsung UE55F7000SLXXH TV only switches on temporarily. "Smart TV" appears on the screen, then four icons and turn off. Then the sequence is repeated many times. I checked the CY-SF550DSLV2B matrix backlight, it is functional, as well as the BN44-00633B power supply. The remaining BN94-06186C motherboard and its software. I can not change it or reset it and I decided to replace the whole motherboard. The problem is the price of the "C" version because "A" is half cheaper and here the question - what do they differ? Maybe some of your colleagues have used?
