DAEWOO DLP-22W4B LCD TV Not Starting - Seeking SL-150T Chassis Data, Memory & Flash Info

Hello!
I received on the DAEWOO DLP-22W4B LCD that will not start.
However, I would like to restore this TV for usability.
The main board has the inscription SL-150T, DLT-19W4.
It is controlled by the FLi 30602H 9C827013 processor,
and on her memories:
- IC 504 24C32W6 (memory)
- IC 505 25X16AVSIG (falsh memory)
I see that there was already interference associated with memories, because there are traces of their ineffective soldering.
I desoldered both memories again and on the programmer, eg IC 505 (25X16AVSIG)
has only saved FF, FF .......
I would ask you to send me the SL-150T chassis with all data; memory, flash etc.

I downloaded the electrode pads and programmed using "TL866A".
And I still have a problem with the picture.
I think you need a R-34SVC service for this TV model.
I do not have such a pilot. Maybe someone from the forum, I could rent a service pilot for me.
I am also asking for other suggestions regarding this repair.
