Hello
I have a problem with the phone, so yesterday morning he fell into my toilet. I took it out quickly and as quickly as possible went to the next room to help, because my friend has a GSM service and we quickly disassembled it, it was drying, folded and it seemed to work. On the same day, a few hours later, after waking up, I noticed that the touch was not working well, often clicking instead of moving. Well, okay, maybe it is not completely dry yet. The problem arose when I had 15% of the battery. I connected it to a Samsung charger, and something broke. Probably it was not completely dry and there was a short circuit. I heard that the e-mails keep coming because there was a sound of notifications, but the screen did not turn on. So we turned it on again, washed it with the brush with alcohol, and it did not start anymore and said that you have to take it to the technician. I would like to add that when I click this button on the back, you can hear that it normally turns on and even this music is there, but the screen does not turn on. Sometimes it gets such a blue glow on the screen that it fades. USB connection also works, but I can only see lg g4 in my computer and when I enter there are 0 files, because on the phone from what I remember, you probably need to turn on usb to show files on the computer. Maybe only the screen is broken? The problem is that I run a company on this phone, I have e-mails, photos, videos and I'm not going to share it with anyone, too sensitive data. How can I copy data and delete it from my phone? It is also fitting to log out of BlueMail and not to remember the password. Everything is stored on the phone's memory, I don't have a microsd card. If this data were not there, I would not worry and leave the phone in the service, and so the only thing that is at stake is to fix it when I look at it, and I suspect that such a repair probably takes a long time. They would probably reset me to factory settings, only when it comes to photos, movies, etc. There is no option for me to let strangers view these photos, videos, etc..
By the way, I also have a second problem. There is a second Lenovo K6 Note phone. If you are calling somewhere, the screen goes blank and you can't turn it on. Therefore, you cannot turn on the hands-free mode or when you call any helplines, you cannot dial in tone, e.g. press the 2 key if you want to connect to this and such department. Is it normal for these phones or do you have to give up the warranty, or maybe you can set it up in the options so that the screen does not turn off during the call? Maybe some battery saver is what I doubt. Maybe a factory reset will fix it?
