    Hello.
    I have a problem with a smartphone (android 7.0), namely the number of missed calls does not appear next to the phone icon (phone application). The same problem occurs with messages. I don't want to change the launcher because it's not my smartphne, I'm just trying to help a friend.
    Do you have any ideas?
    I will add that it is impossible (I think) to clean the application data because it is only turned off, force stop.

    What about something less drastic?
    Is it just impossible?

    Hard reset did not help and the firmware is factory.
    Any more ideas?

    Download from the store play install button unlocker. Install afterwards Download new dialer. Type in play DIALER in the store search and choose which one suits you.

    I will add that it is impossible (I think) to clean the application data because it is only turned off, force stop.

    To clear the data, you must first press force stop. You wait for a while, then you click on the memory and then you can clear the data, etc.
