Salora 24LED6215CDW TV Sound Issues: Delayed, No Sound, Loud Burst - HK-TSP.9202P63 Mainboard

I have this TV which is made in the Lithuanian Tauras factory, which doesn't exist any more from what I heard.

The problems are:
-when the volume is low, a very short period of loud sound (a brief moment)
-no sound after a few hours
-The sound is not synchronous with the picture, but delayed.

The reason I came to this forum is that Poland is nearby Lithuania and I saw some same motherboards on this website.

The mainboard is a HK-TSP.9202P63.
The screen is a LK235D3HAOS.
This is a DVB-C/DVB-T TV with a built-in DVD player.

What I did is to resolder some IC legs with hot air....the intermittent loud sound is not cured....the rest has to be discovered.

A service manual, the EPROM data, or just some repair tips is highly appreciated.

The resoldering didn't cure any problem...please help.

Did you try swap the amplifier ic ?

No...I thought the audio IC is an inline amplifier and in analog mode it works excellent. Problems arise when I use DVB-C (digital) mode.
