JVC LT-40C700 17MB211S - Horizontal/Vertical Lines

Hi

I have a JVC LT-40C700 VES400unds-2D-N41 which displays vertical lines a third of the top of the screen and 1 vertical line in the middle of the screen top to bottom. I changed the power board due to a short (not yet found where) and this resolved the issue for a few weeks. Now I have the issue of the lines. As far as I am aware the TCON is built in on the main board (correct me if I'm wrong) and the flat cable that leads to the panel seems OK. I've cleaned all the contacts where the ribbons connect but still have the lines, any idea how to fix this?

if there are only vertical lines, the tape between the T-CON and the panel may be connected incorrectly. But the combination of vertical and horizontal lines indicates damage to the matrix.

Post a photo, but many points to the matrix.
