when i read your problems i dont know whether to laugh or cry .... each charger may have failed in its own way .... there is no golden advice that I can give and maybe .... will help.... send me the charger and I will fix it for you... I have also provided so much information ...diagrams where you will not get them anywhere ..... and what to do
.... if you can't figure it out, let it go ....
