Samsung UE55D6500 TV: How to Unlock Menu - Step-by-Step Guide and Solutions

Hi. How do I reset a Samsung TV of modelLE26C450. It is an old model however if I don't reset I can't watch TV with WiFi because it keeps popping up a message that the resolution on this TV is not supported. Change resolution. I have tried to go with various things however to be honest I am not familiar with it and nothing comes up. I would just like to add that previously everything worked fine and now there is no reception at all there is a black screen nothing can be done. Please give me a hint and help
