Hi. Can anyone write instructions on what to unscrew one by one to clean the swivel mechanism? There are these three screws on the wheel at the bottom. I have removed them. I have removed the caps and this rod has also been removed. What to do next? I don't want to destroy something or dismantle something that is unnecessary.
