JUC7.820.00208835 HLS82JS TV mainboard - dead, no standby, identify LP5 LP6 components

I have this mainboard from a TV, JUC7.820.00208835 HLS80JS.
The TV is dead, no stand-by, and I found a lot of stuff that blew on the PCB. Does anyone know the reference of the components that are in the picture in red?
Are they LP5 and LP6 on the PCB?
