Way 3. is to use the Offline NT Password & Registry Editor.

7. Now the program asks us if we are sure of our choice. We type " y "and then press ENTER.
8. Now we are in the "Main Interactive Menu", type " q "and press ENTER.
9. We will be asked whether to save the changes. To do this, type " y "and press ENTER.
