This is a rather unusual matter so I will start from the beginning.
Long ago, I set up a password for Admi than e to protect your computer against attempts to view your files from outside.
That i am fucking I set up auto login so you don't have to enter the password every time you start your PC.
But after a long time I forgot my password and I can't remember.

Can you somehow remove / change the admin password having access to the admin without knowing the password?

Having access to the admin can't change / remove the password without external programs?
Here it is that the password only blocks me from accepting files from the LAN and does not interfere with everyday use because the computer logs in automatically.

Is there a registry that has this password?

In the "user accounts" control panel you have the option to change your password.

I have repaired it in a different way ...
I got into Computer Management and made an admin account without a password, then logged into it and removed the password from the old account.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the challenge of changing or removing an admin password in Windows 7 when the user has forgotten it. The user initially set up a password for security but enabled auto-login, leading to the current issue of password retrieval. Responses suggest using external tools like NT Password to reset the password, as the built-in "User Accounts" control panel requires the current password for changes. One user successfully created a new admin account without a password through Computer Management, allowing them to remove the password from the original account.
