Polish applications for the English version of Samsung smart TV

I live in the UK, and here I purchased a smart tv, UE46ES7000.
The TV set is adapted to the British market, and I cannot find any Polish application in Samsung Apps, which, according to the manufacturer's statements, are available on smart TV, but dedicated to Poland.

Is there any option to install these applications on my tv ??

This model is also available on the Polish market. Do you have the option to choose a region or language in the menu to Polish?

I had the opportunity and chose the Polish language
But in choosing a country, I only had the option of Great Britain and Ireland.
Maybe there is an option to upload Polish applications in a different way

First description:
Enter the smart hub. Press in turn: fast forward, 2,8,9, rewind. at this point a menu should pop up with a list of countries to choose from. you choose Poland and everything should install itself. all applications work in the UK except iplex. It appears that you are not on the territory of Poland.

Second description.
1.Switch on the smart hub

2.Click the blue button (settings)

3.A window pops up and select reset (the TV requires a pin that is the one you gave it during the first installation, blu-ray does not require it)

4.After the reset, the first window will pop up to accept some conditions, we give NO AGREE, then the second window will pop up with something similar and we also give I DO NOT AGREE or DO NOT ACCEPT (I do not remember the exact formula, but the point is to give it)

5. and now we click the arrows to the right >> then the numbers 2 8 9 and then the arrows to the left

Great, it worked.
Now the smart hub has changed its face, it enjoys much more.
