hello thanks wolf but from what I know, there is no infusion there and I don't think I write anything yet, I have to see exactly, maybe it is written somewhere, but I doubt it is poured after removing the pump. I just need to find out how much to pour there Regards
Hello, thanks a lot for your help, you have helped me, I only have one question because just a moment ago I bought shell engine oil 15W40 and now I'm wondering if I can put it in or buy the other one, but I found something like this on the internet http: //www.karcher. ca / CPE / CPE% 20Parts% 20Lists / CPE% 20K% 20520M% 20% 201.069-937.pdf and here it writes engine oli or engine oil and it seems to me that I can pour it, but that's the only way I ask because I feel sorry for the oil I bought Regards
Hello Thanks a lot for your help, I have already put together my spartway tomorrow, because I had such a problem that the pump did not give pressure, but there was a mess in the valves inside the pump and the valves did not get wet, I think that after cleaning it will be all right This is how you lend such devices to irresponsible people !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good habit, don't borrow ... better still, don't give back heheheheheh Regards
Hello I have a problem now: the washer turns on, the pressure already gives as it should be, but it does not turn off after releasing the lever in the gun, i.e. it turns off, but it turns on again and so on and on, I will add that the lance does not release. it turns off literally for a second and turns on again somewhere for a second What can it be, is it possible that there is some dirt in this valve that turns on and off the contactor because I did not clean it ?? if anyone has an idea, please give me a hint Regards
Check this relief valve, if the O-rings are completely clean, lubricate with water silicone and put it back on. If it does not help, there is a nozzle in the middle of the valve from the pressure side of the pump (you have two outlets - this one), unscrew it with a screwdriver and behind it there is a check valve with an O-ring, check the O-ring is complete and if the mushroom is in the shape the cone, i.e. if it is not scratched or deformed, if so, buy a new one and replace it If you have any questions, write geex (at) o2.pl in the topic karcher service
thanks for your interest ... I haven't done it yet because I didn't have too much time to start and I didn't know where to start ... but now, when I find some free time, I'll take it apart and take a look ... I get water into the oil ... that is, I pour new oil and after a short time it is reinserted, only tears after dismantling the oil again, there is already white oil, that is, as if the water got into the oil ... I don't know, but I think it shouldn't be like that be, in total, the condition of the oil does not change slightly, but I do not notice the difference ... and is it possible to get it through the pistons or is there any other option ... the better ones .. and what's more, if I find some free time, I'll postpone what you wrote ... Best regards and many thanks for your interest Paul
Regarding the oil, if after replacing water (white oil) has appeared again, check whether the pistons are smooth (whether there are any scratches and whether the diameter in the place where the pistons work in the seals does not differ significantly from the places not working on the pistons, if so it is a new one or write to PRV). If the pistons are ok, replace the oil seals (preferably all 3) if you don't, you can expect an expense close to the value of the new equipment soon
As for the water, I doubt it, unless it actually spilled after opening it. The reason for the white oil in this type of pump is simply foaming, any oil, gear or engine oil will be white when first turned on. The only option is oil for shock absorbers, which will probably behave similarly, since the manufacturer's oil foams, it must be so, too high speed and a mixer with gears, springs and pistons.
