Hello, I have a problem with S Max, it goes out during the ride (random) and I do not want to run. It burns after waiting differently, once a few, once a dozen or several dozen minutes. The diagnostics shows errors:
P115A Forced reduction of engine power due to low fuel - fuel is and happens independently of its quantity
P115B Forced engine shutdown due to low fuel level

If someone had a similar problem, I would ask for directions

Venting the tank checked? If the fuel filler cap is lowered, the fault occurs?

In this case, perform general diagnostics of the injection system, correction values for injectors, pressure on the overflow test ramp, (I assume that the new fuel filter, good company and fuel from the brand station.)

fuel OK- injection OK-filters OK, fuel pressure OK, ridden without a stopper in the tank - I replace the driver because I've probably exhausted all the possibilities

Then when you do not want to burn the pressure on the strip too, ok? (what value, and whether stable) (you still have a pressure regulator in the CR pump, pressure sensor wiring).

the engine driver was damaged - the substitution solved the problem

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Ford S Max 1.8 TDCi experiencing random shutdowns during operation, accompanied by error codes P115A and P115B, indicating forced engine power reduction and shutdown due to low fuel levels. Initial suggestions included checking the fuel tank venting and fuel filler cap. Subsequent diagnostics confirmed that fuel, injection, and filters were functioning correctly. The issue was ultimately traced to a damaged engine driver, which was resolved by replacement.
