After driving a few kilometers, I can't break the stick to the left, which means no gears 1, 2, 5 and 6.
After prolonged jerking and deeper puncture (as for reverse) the gears enter normally.
After reducing the traffic lights, for example, the problem starts all over again.
I replaced the hps driver (gear selector - the whole pump), vented the system and then the same.
I would add that that's why I did it because the driver was getting wet, the fluid was running out and air bubbles were coming out of the stick near the pistons. It was such a long time, I added liquid and there was no problem.
I think this is maybe something with a transverse cylinder that is responsible for the right-left stick operation.
If I'm wrong please give me a hint.
Maybe someone had a similar problem?

Hello, I had similarly in my TGA, the reason for the problem was some driver that was damaged by the solenoid valve of the viscose fan. This box has an electric lock, which is controlled by the controller when something is broken, the box locks.
I think the transverse selector is OK. See what errors, plug in the tester, check what will show. The control valve on the gearbox has been replaced for 3 blocks because there are some solenoid valves that are burning, nothing worked. The electrician checked everything turned out that the driver cut the wire from locks. I went to the company they exchanged the driver and it still flies.

See what oil is in the box, whether there was no water. I had a problem once, there was a rusty selector because the water got through the oxidized casing. You can check by unscrewing the actuator you are writing about and the slider that protrudes from the selector should be able to push with slight resistance.

As for this servomotor, you are probably not wrong inside is just the O-ring which over time sits down and begins to leak fluid

it leaked to me on the hps driver but it has already been replaced
I unscrewed this cylinder on the right side of the box (probably transverse) and nothing suspicious happened
and the other servomotor (probably longitudinal) from the rear left, what is together with the servomotor worth reviewing?
from what I think he is from sticking begs, I do not know if I think well how to correct me
I also replaced the oil with fresh oil, there was no water what it was maybe 3 liters too little but in my opinion nothing should happen because of it

buddy what does this driver look like and where is it located?

I'm sorry, I'm coming here but I like to mechanize and I want to know as much as possible about my vehicle
especially since I've been dealing with trucks only for a year

tonio -90 it's on the right under the fuses, you have some errors when you turn on the ignition.

I must admit that there are a lot of mistakes
    once pop up once no
that's why I have underestimated them so far
how about you in those circumstances?

And what has electrical damage to the hydraulics, the consignment of the gear lever is caused by the fact that for some reason the fluid leaks from one section of the cylinder to another if you change the lever, if you replaced the levers, the only thing left is the cylinder.

do you think then there would be resistance when moving the stick to the left?
I have doubts about this theory

Resistance? It is hard to move in the slab but it goes to move or is it such resistance that the stick stops and it does not go to the left and it stands in the middle

    Added after 5 [minutes]:

If the stick stops at some point and should go on then the other person at the time when you press on the stick must release one of the vents, the lever will move to the end just the excess fluid will not allow it to move

the stick cannot be moved to the places where you can drive 1,2 or on the top 5 and 6 and of course reverse
you have to hit hard to the left until one time it jumps
and then the problem disappears until gear shifting
say slowing down at the intersection and changing from 8 to 5 or 6
    then the forcing begins again
    waving the joystick
right and left until it reaches the desired position

If the hydraulics work, then you need to remove the selector and check what is wedging there, whether the selector sets the shifts in the right position and whether the roller itself is choosing does not wedge when shifting left-right

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Man TGA truck experiencing issues with its ZF gearbox hydraulics, specifically the inability to shift into gears 1, 2, 5, and 6, as well as reverse. The user reports that after driving a short distance, the gear stick cannot be moved to the left, requiring excessive force to engage the gears. Previous attempts to resolve the issue included replacing the hydraulic pump and venting the system, but the problem persists. Responses suggest checking for electrical issues, fluid contamination, and the condition of the selector and servomotors. It is recommended to inspect the selector for any obstructions and ensure that the hydraulic system is functioning correctly.
