    Hello.
TV as in the title, casting modules:
    MB: BN41-01894A BN94-05911D
    Power supply: BN44-00552A PD46CV1_CSM
    Matrix: LTJ400HV11-V
    T-Con: BN41-01892A LSJ400HV06-S
A cyclical restart occurs, the logo appears and after 2 seconds the backlight disappears, 10 seconds pass and again the logo lights up for 2 seconds.
There was a similar topic on the forum: link
I tried the methods used there, but it did not work, there is no improvement on the dunks in this topic.
After disconnecting the MB from the power supply there is always backlight.
    Voltage on modules correct.
A logo appears on the clean 24c256 memory, also for 2 seconds, but there is no restart, T-Con is constantly powered.
With the original 24c256 memory, after disconnecting the T-Con module, the backlight appears only for a fraction of a second, the standby diode signals restart, but the backlight does not even blink anymore.
Disconnecting the matrix from the T-Con module does not change anything.
    What else to check?

I bet on damaged Nand's memory. I had a similar symptom with Samsung UE40D5500 as I remember correctly (Samsung Smart TV appeared). I tried to insert pure 25Q64 memory but no effect. Only the exchange of Nand's programmed and clean 25Q64 memory brought the expected result.

I was also thinking about Nand's memory, but where to get it programmed from.
This is my first case where disconnection of the T-Con module from MB affects the backlight, maybe in other newer ones it is, but I did not check.

There has always been a problem with the symptoms described in 24C256

Maybe it actually "flew" NAND Winbond 25Q40 batch.

    Maybe it will help Link_support

This chassis U71l, for (elektrotanya) is SM.

(they write that after disconnecting the T-con connector, the backlight should light up)
    IC202 (1117Z) 1.5V,
    IC204 (Z1051PI) - 1.04V

Sometimes cpu problems caused under the heat sink (overheating)

Look in the attachment, you have a drawn T-con connector , DC-DC to MAX9650, RT6905)

I found a service book, but there are no schematics.
In the first post I forgot to add that I do not accept software via USB.
The link also contains information that after disconnecting the T-Con there is no backlight, but after replacing it with another one the backlight still blinked.

A new approach to this TV.
Restart occurs regardless of whether the 24c256 memory is mounted or not, both on the clean and on the original charge and this service colleague1, the logo is always displayed correctly, because from the Russian page given by the fox friend I read that without this memory the logo was upside down.
Measurement on the T-Con module, touch the oscilloscope 1: 1 to pin 6 of IC601 memory type 25X40 interrupts the restart process, no backlight, voltages on MB are all and is powered by T-Con, but in this situation all DC converters do not work -DC.

    Customer received an unrepaired TV.
    Thank you for the hints.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Samsung UE40EH6030 TV experiencing cyclical restarts, where the logo appears for 2 seconds before the backlight disappears, followed by a repeat of the cycle. Various components were tested, including the main board (MB), power supply, matrix, and T-Con module. Users suggested that the issue might be related to damaged NAND memory, specifically the 25Q64 type, and discussed the importance of proper voltage readings on the modules. The original 24C256 memory was tested, but the problem persisted regardless of its condition. The conversation included troubleshooting steps and references to similar issues in other models, indicating a potential commonality in the symptoms across Samsung TVs.
