I need help to solve my Samsung UE32EH400W TV, screen flashes Samsung logo then goes blank then back on with flashing Samsung logo. If I may put it, it keeps restarting with Samsung appearing on screen. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

NAND or flash memory or motherboard for replacement.
