Hello, I see defect 92 and defect 200 .. the car loses power .. I also have error codes but I can not decipher them .. help!

91 fmi 4-pedal acceleration, voltage below normal or short to ground.
639 fmi 9 data bus CAN - data communication error between VECU and EECU motor.
