Hello, I'm about half a year after buying the above-mentioned phone, everything was fine until recently, when one side of my headphones (not branded) stopped playing, thinking that it was the headphone's fault, I changed it to the company one, but the sound is terrible hummed and more than once hummed and stopped playing alternately. I thought that the headphones they give in the set are not of some great quality, so I bought some decent headphones from Sony, when I plugged in one side was not working. So it is the fault of the socket on this phone. My question is, is it possible to check it at home or remedy it? Should I give a warranty and will they accept such a warranty and not that they will say that it was my fault, although I handled it like with other phones, the headphone cable was neither stretched nor torn, the socket is completely, nothing flies, nothing moves.

Return under warranty - obviously a warranty fault.

Okay, I will, because I followed various forums and some people said that on the website they do not accept charging and headphone sockets because they claim that they are user-caused faults and I got a little lost. Thank you very much!
