Installing Exhaust Pipe Extension for Portable Air Conditioner through Suspended Ceiling

Hello, I want to install an exhaust pipe extension from a portable air conditioner. Will it be a problem if the air conditioner standing by the wall has an outlet through a PVC pipe vertically above the suspended ceiling and only above the ceiling will the pipe travel about 5-6 meters to the outside. Can anyone say if this solution will work?
Unfortunately, I do not have permission in the premises to install an outdoor unit. I also cannot break through the wall. The only option is to use the grille / vent that is patched from the inside at this point.

The set for the air-conditioning should include an adapter for mounting the exhaust in the window.
From what I can remember, the instruction recommends the shortest possible outlet pipe. Besides, a long pipe increases the air resistance at the outlet and the pipe section in the apartment will emit excessive heat.
