Hello, at the beginning I will say that I am totally green in this topic and I need help with connecting non-factory radio to vw passata b5fl 2001.
Well, in the original radio I have such a scheme fig.1

However, on a radio bought:

And I completely do not know which one to connect to without counting the speakers.

Original. as in diagram 1. I am sure you will have to cut and sign under diagram 2 only I do not know which one with which; p after these original descriptions, there is nothing to conclude

Maybe I'm wrong but as for me in both cases are the same ISO bars. Can you take a picture of the back of one radio and the other?

If you have to replace the original in the power plug 7 from 4 so that the power supply is on pin 4 and switched on after the switch on pin 7. If you replace it then the radio will "lose memory" every time you remove the key.

If the radio does not have an ISO socket built in only on a short bundle of cables, then there is the option of swapping the connection between the red and yellow cables.

in this new one I have only 4 pins (B) and 8 for speakers (A) and in the original 4 speakers (B) and 8 (A) of which 7 were connected (empty was over GALA).

I suggest you see the model of the original radio and match the ISO jacks:

You see I forgot about the A5 pin that needs to be disconnected because there is a 12V power supply in your model, and in this new radio you have 12V output for the automatic antenna.

this remote is just + 12V included with the radio. You can connect the amplifier / auto switching on control or the antenna amplifier control.
If you do not have such devices in your car, just do not connect this pin. just like the original wire that is there and gives 12V is unnecessary for a new radio.
