    Hello,

Could any of the forum members suggest the easiest way to get to the heat exchanger to clean it?
Windsor Termet: Cleaning Heat Exchanger - Accessing & Disassembling Elements (Red & Blue Nuts)
As I believe, the set of elements marked in green should be disassembled. The obvious thing is to unscrew the "red" nuts. However, I have a problem with the metal water supply tube (blue) that prevents the element from being pulled out. Can I unscrew it, or is it better (easier) to disassemble another element?

Better not to do it yourself, because if you think the blue tube is water ... it's a gas supply.

I thought one thing I wrote another. If there was water in the tube, I wouldn't ask, just unscrewed it right away. I assume (maybe naively) that there is an easier way to remove this module.

You unscrew the nuts indicated by you and the gas supply with an adjustable wrench (also marked). After disconnecting the electrical connections, you pull out the burner with the fan. The service activities include assessing the contamination of the exchanger, if the cleaning is rather chemical (mechanical cleaning with a steel wire brush), electrodes, the burner, rinsing the siphon, checking the pressure in the expansion vessel, of course, after draining the water from the boiler, venting the exchanger during filling, general assessment of other elements . A minimum of experience would be nice, so if you don't have it, you have to give money to people who live on it. Greetings.

It's not like the guarantee is void and they can check it at the review .. One friend had it :-(

No outside interference can be seen from entering the combustion chamber. You can clearly see if you tried to unscrew the electrodes because one of the screws is factory-filled with paint. Gentlemen, do not rummage in boilers under warranty. We have talked about a situation where warranty care is over and the home maintenance technician has an idea of what he is doing. As I mentioned in an earlier post, people live off the site, have access to genuine parts and let them live / earn.
