Did you read this manual or not? Because I don't think so.

E09 - pressurize the installation to approx. 1.2 bar. Then the boiler will start both for DHW and central heating. The boiler will not start below 0.5 bar pressure !!

I do not know from what year the prod. there is this cauldron. If from the newer ones after about 2004, you have a black knob under the boiler. You set the boiler controller to the bar value and unscrew the slightly black knob under the boiler. You will hear water flowing into the system. Allow to 1.2-1.5 bar and the boiler will start. Turn the knob when finished :D

Serves for a cauldron with an egg-shaped display.
Right knob at 12, or maybe even 13. The knobs are different in different controllers. And for a while the pressure should show up.

If you have a rectangular one, there is an item drawn on the controller. bar.

Buddy, the left knob all the way to the right and the pressure will be displayed, let this black valve allow 1 - 1.5 bar and that's it.

Hello, I will stick to the topic. The question concerns topping up water in the central heating installation due to low pressure (Termet MiniTerm boiler). Can the water be topped up at any time or do some conditions of the boiler's condition have to be ensured - e.g. boiler off or on, hot or cold water in the central heating system? I will be grateful for your answer, I need to increase the pressure in the system soon (I have 0.9 bar) and I would not want to spoil something the first time.

There is only one rule - as the temperature rises, the pressure in the system increases.
read - the pressure you set should be done on cold water in the range of 1.2-1.5 because if the water heats up to, say, 85 degrees, the pressure will increase significantly.

EN: I also have this error again (pressure 0.4bar) and rebooting the boiler helps only a few minutes. I don't have the manual and the black knob has worked before, but it doesn't turn anymore. How to unlock the knob so that it can be turned so that the pressure can be fixed?

Either a damaged exchanger, or the pressure sensor shows wrong. Completely drain the water from the boiler. Then it will be known. It should show 0 bar.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the E09 error code on a Termet MiniTerm heating boiler, indicating low water pressure. Users suggest that the pressure should be increased to approximately 1.2-1.5 bar for the boiler to function properly. Instructions include locating a black knob under the boiler to add water to the system, with specific guidance on setting the pressure using the controller's knobs. Additional queries address concerns about the conditions for topping up water and the implications of pressure changes when the system is heated. Some users also report issues with the black knob not turning and potential problems with the pressure sensor or heat exchanger.
