Is it possible to track down a person who sends text messages from the Internet gateway but sends these text messages from a mobile phone via an internet packet? I'm checking out of IP curiosity, every time I reset it is a completely different IP address. Different cities are appearing, eg Gdańsk, Sopot, Warsaw, Katowice and I am in a completely different place. Is it difficult to find such a person? Is it time-consuming? I'm not talking about ordinary gray man, just about the police. From what I have read, I know that the police may initiate an investigation, but it is often discontinued due to the low detriment of the act or cost, i.e. I am wondering mainly if such tracking is difficult, easy, time-consuming?

It is from the gate logs to determine from what IP was the connection and at what time occurred. And from the logs of the operator who was using the IP at that time. The whole matter is of course complicated when the goal and / or operator is outside of Poland, because then the Polish Police will not be enough ...
