[Solved] Removal Clarification: LG 55UH664V 4K TV Screen Protector Foil - To Keep or Not?

I have this maybe a bit silly question, but it has been bothering me a bit for a while, so I prefer to ask the experts here on the forum, is it supposed to stay on the screen protecting it from dust, scratches etc, or did you have to take it off the screen immediately after purchase.
Well, I recently purchased an LG TV, specifically this model, which I am attaching to the question in the link below so you can take a look:

As you can see in the attached pics, there are sort of like these smears on the film more or less in the middle of the screen, in the second pic you can see so more to the left, where the picture was taken without the help of the flash.
Please help me as to how I can get rid of this and whether I should remove the protective film from the screen or leave it on.

It was written several times on the pages that the protective foil is visible on the matrix and has a specially marked fragment to tear off. What I see from the photos is a polarizer that should be left because you will damage the matrix.

I made a purchase of a liquid called: Whoosh! Tech Hygiene Screen Shine along with the accessories, I mean a special microfibre cloth and after cleaning the screen the problem disappeared.
