Removal Clarification: LG 55UH664V 4K TV Screen Protector Foil - To Keep or Not?

Hello, I have such a bit stupid question but it has been bothering me for some time, so I'd like to ask experts here on the forum whether it should stay on the screen protecting it from dust, scratches, etc. if you had to download it from the screen right after the purchase.
Well, I recently purchased a LG TV and specifically the model which I attach to the question in the link below so that you can take a look:

LG 55UH664V 4K TV, HDR, WebOS 3.0, Local Dimming, PMI 1700 LED 4K (Ultra HD)

As you can see in the attached photos are like such a small on the film more or less in the middle of the screen on the second photo you can see so on the left where the photo was taken without the help of the flash.
I am asking for help, if you can get rid of it and if I want to remove the protective foil from the screen, whether it should remain.

It was written several times on the pages that the protective foil is visible on the matrix and has a specially marked fragment to tear off. What I see from the photos is a polarizer that should be left because you will damage the matrix.

I made a purchase of a liquid named: Whoosh! Tech Hygiene Screen Shine with accessories I mean a special microfibre cloth and after cleaning the screen the problem has disappeared.
