Hello, I am writing my first post here so for any mistakes I apologize in advance and ask for advice.
I have been looking for a gaming laptop for a long time and 2 models caught my attention.
    - Lenovo legion y520
    - Acer Helios 300
The choice is difficult because both models have practically the same specifications, i.e. GTX1050ti, i5 7300HQ, 8 GB RAM and 1 Tb disk. Maybe someone has one of these models and can say what things look like with temperatures, failure rates, noise or service?
By the way, can anyone also comment on the Acer Aspire 7? It also has the same specification but for the price of the above models (about 4300 PLN for xkom) you can get a model with 16 GB RAM or 120 GB SSD, but looking for information about this model I did not find much and on YouTube practically nothing that seemed suspicious to me.

You know, buddy, these choices are important in some respects, but most laptops are made in probably 3-4 factories, which means we produce these models for this week for the company, and the next for the other.
Well, why only these models? There are many others, e.g. ASUS, or others. They say about Lenovo that they were IBM, but it probably is not so important. Everyone has their pros and cons.
I would choose: i7 processor of a newer 64 generation with 3GHz clock, SSD maybe HYPER X some 0.5GB, second hard drive 1TB (also for data dump), because sometimes you won't recover anything from SSD. Good graphics card. There are a few good choices in many models. A minimum screen of 17 "with good resolution. HDMI output, but most of it has. I also have a large keyboard with a separate numeric keypad, i.e. without using a function key - I assure you, it makes life easier. And very importantly, very fast RAM memory with a capacity of 12- 16GB I personally have 24GB and I praise myself.
Of course, choosing a computer is similar to choosing a car, and we also know that tastes are not discussed. Good luck and best regards.

Only these models because I focus on the xkom store, I want to take a laptop in installments with my own payment, in addition, I prefer to pick up in person rather than send home because I am rarely in it and that is why the choice fell on the paw and not the stationary. And in the xkom store up to the amount I can afford I won't find a laptop with the specification you are talking about, probably in no store for that amount.

That's right After all, the price limits certain choices.
It remains for me to wish you to make a good choice in price-performance ratio.
    Good luck.

Thank you gentlemen for the advice. For two weeks I have been the owner of the Lenovo legion Y520 and I have no objections so far, with a pure heart I can recommend this laptop.
