Xiaomi Redmi 4A vs 4X: Budget Phone Comparison for Communication, Social Media, Photos & YouTube

Hello, I choose a budget phone for a person who does not play games and uses the phone mainly for communication, social media, photos, YouTube, internet. Currently, this person uses a phone with 1 core parameters, 512 MB of RAM can be imagined how it works.


Budget PLN 500

I chose XIAOMI REDMI 4A PLN 483 with shipping. Version 2 GB ram / 32 GB

The change for this person in terms of performance will be huge anyway. Changing the phone for at least 2 years will not take place.

But I'm wondering whether to recommend this person:
XIAOMI REDMI 4X PLN 564 with delivery. Version 2 GB ram / 32 GB

The price difference of 81 PLN is quite a lot when buying a budget, but an 8-core processor.

Considering the fact that this is a purchase for several years, I wonder if it is worth taking this better version but on the other hand is it worth it if this person does not need such performance? Will the phone start to lull under the influence of the update? Will this difference in processor have a significant impact on menu navigation performance?

Rather not, it depends mainly on the management of RAM, I would take 4X.
The difference is not only in the processor, e.g. a larger battery.

Well, I have exactly the same problem, because these phones are practically no different and if it some details. How do you compare it?

Thanks, I've compared myself to a cellphone. Crap, but somehow I am not convinced by this phone, somehow I prefer something from Samsung.

Well, if you're looking for a good mobile network offer and want to compare several phone models, it's worth it.
But I prefer to pick up the phone and watch it. And only then order online.

Sure not. Because now phones are not only looks but also functionality. So it's worth comparing one model with the other to even know which one has a better battery.

Battery, more RAM, how much memory for the user - I usually pay attention to this. Later there is a camera, a fingerprint reader (if the phone is not in the back then is it at all).

And when it comes to the battery, maybe you know from what value to buy? And what models have better batteries?

For me, the total minimum battery size is 3500, because I use a lot. Well, but the capacity of the battery also depends on the size of the phone screen and the rest of its "gutters".

IMHO for the battery itself is worth taking a better model for so much time you are buying. Almost 1000 mAh is not a stick blew. In addition, for these additional 80 PLN - in addition to the battery - you get a dozen% efficiency, a fingerprint reader and in my opinion better quality. In Redmi 4A, the housing is painted plastic (painted ... not colored. It will probably wipe)
