How to adjust the handbrake. I tried to pull the cables behind the hand lever but it didn't do much. In the network you can find guides with adjustable clocking the gears so that the jaws widen and adhere to the drum maximally, but I do not have such adjustment.
I have such a system as in the pictures below. How is this regulated to widen the jaw?

I did it so that at first I loosened the hand rope completely, and trod on the foot brake until the self-regulators (this rack in the picture) set automatically and the foot brake started to work properly. Only then did I tighten the cable so that there was a hand brake.

I regulate myself on this rack after all. Test it and you'll see how it works.

I have said a little wrong.
I don't know how to explain it exactly, but I have too high regulators, i.e. the lever that pulls the cable rests on the hub that blocks it and does not open the jaws.
The hand lever cannot be raised at all - it locks on the first clove.
How do you pull these self-regulators back?

    EDIT @
I read in this topic that to release the self-tensioning mechanism you need to release the pressure in the cylinder - is it necessary?

This advice applies when the drum cannot be removed. And you have everything on top. Here you pull back the pawl (the spring-loaded pawl) and move the cam as you need and then release the pawl. Mount so positioned with the cable loose. After installing the drum, you use the foot mechanism until the regulator self-assembles. You adjust the rope at the end.

    Naprawine!
It turned out that the cable was stuck in armor and did not reflect, so that in one wheel it practically did not brake on the manual. After replacing and setting the self-regulators according to the above instructions, everything works!
