Do you want a device with a display, or can it be, for example, an Android phone? In general, diagnostic toys after the engine itself are a lot. So specify something else.

First of all, I care about the functionality and capabilities of various software, as I wrote, it is about diagnostics of individual car components, lambda probe flowmeter, catalyst, engine components, but to make it a more professional device than a bullion for PLN 30 showing fuel consumption and tachometers, it may have display, not quite for android, first of all usability as much as possible.

I use a multimeter and oscilloscope to test and diagnose individual car components, lambda sensor flowmeter, catalyst, engine components. And for clearing error codes and carrying out adaptations we have at kts + FSA, carman, launch x341 stations and with these devices we are not able to comprehend all the cars. It will be hard to find such a universal device.

Is it supposed to be up to PLN 300?

A good multimeter can cost more and do more.
