Vivitek D963HD =BENQ SP840 - Turn off, but no error message :(

Vivitek D963HD (The main and the supply is equal BENQ SP840)
I turn on first. It is OK, the colorwheel, and the ventilators are go, come to light, and I see the start picture..
After 30-50 sec the light turn off, NO screen, no LEDs are on..
The ventilators are going..
And no buttons, no remote responding.. Nothing ...
If I pull out the power cord, after 5-10 minutes It is starting again..
I try to factory reset (1 times I can do, but nothing)
12V is OK
1.2 1.5 1.8 2.5 3.3 5V Is ok..
But what Can I do.. ?
