E-Tech Brazil 2DIN MP5 Multimedia: Firmware Update for Mirror Link & Splash Screen Issues

Hi. I have a multimedia 2din MP5 like Chinese, but say e-tech (from Brazil). The software has this description:
Version: V7.52BT-FK-TP
Info: ZCD-7089-6905C
MCU: V04.26
Date: 2018.12.18 21:15:36

This multimedia has the mirror link function. On Android 10 this mirror link doesn't work anymore. There is not an option to choose the splash screen with logos manufacture of the vehicle.

So I would like to know: is there a way to change the firmware to update this? I'm new and have no experience.
