It's not so good: Service contract required You must have a valid maintenance contract associated with your Cisco.com profile to download this software. If you don't have a service contract, you can get one by: Your Cisco Account team, if you have a Cisco direct purchase agreement Your Cisco partner or reseller After you obtain a service contract, you must associate it with a Cisco.com user ID with Profile manager
