Thank you so much, because my original main board has a problem that the android system goes out of free space and can't load the main screen to do a restore, and I have bought the replacement that shows a duplicated screen because it was to a different panel, so with your FW file I can make the replacement work well, and can make a reflash to the original board that has the out of space problem too, so now I have the 2 main boards working perfect!!

HOW TO USE:
Extract the .rar file, copy the .pkg file inside the extracted .rar folder to the root of a USB Stick with FAT32 format, power off the TV, plug the USB Stick on a USB port of the TV, and power on, it will show a blue screen flashing the new FW.

Unfortunately, the Google Drive link is no longer accessible. Could anyone please re-upload the firmware or provide a working link? I have been trying to fix the software issue for months.

I tried the firmware from the link (Toshiba 55UA2B63DG – Mainboard 17MB170 – Panel VES550QNDH). The flashing process completed successfully – I saw the blue screen and the update bar.

However, after rebooting, the TV did not return to the original Android system.

Instead, it loaded a very strange version of the system:
- The interface is completely broken.
- Text is overlapping.
- Keyboard and apps are messed up.
- It looks like a non-Android Vestel smart system or a corrupted version.

It boots, but the system is unusable.

Can someone please share the correct full Android firmware (not just a loader or base system)?
Preferably an original Android 9 or 11 version for this model.

write, or post a photo, of the tcon module code? maybe HKC PT550GT01-1 V1.0?

on mainboard 17MB170, the software is based on the tcon module, not on the panel code (VES550...)

You can try connecting to the TV with a USB mouse, entering the menu and doing a factory reset.

I tried to perform a reset using a USB stick formatted to FAT32 (I created a folder named 'upgrade' containing the file reset.pkg), but it doesn't proceed. It's completely stuck. How can I find out which panel my TV has?

Hola, el panel es VES550QNDH-N2-N41, y la mainboard Vestel 17MB170, puse un firmware de JVC y sale con doble imagen.
