    Hello,
    I need the firmware for following model.

    TV Model: Toshiba 55UA2063DG
    Main Board / Chassis: 17MB170
    Screen Panel: VES550QNDS-2D-N12


    I am not 100% sure that is the correct screen panel because I am troubleshooting remotely.
    Current symptoms are double screen.

    I troubleshoot this TV back in June and the specs that I write in my original post is correct.
    I can't find the correct firmware though anywhere online.

    without knowing which tcon module is installed, it's impossible to identify the correct software to install
