Hello, am a student working on simulation and design of low noise amplifier with frquency range of 2.0 Ghz -2.5Ghz.. I dont know how to go about the design..pls help out

I usually like to start out with an appropriate circuit topology based upon your design requirements. Here are a few questions you need to answer:

What is the input impedance (50 ohm)?
Is the output single ended or differential?
What kind of gain are you looking for?
