dear friends

i want to design a pulse amplitiude moduletion circuit (PAM) with values

(components NO IC's) and i hope if somebody help me to simulate it in orcad or multisem

You should be able to design this with a transistor. It is a really basic circuit.

This schematic shows component values as you requested. PAM has the same signal to noise ratio as AM radio so it’s not employed in practical circuits.
