hello sir
i wish to make one electronic lock system using sim card .
use two sim card ,one i put in *-system--* & one i give usear
usear send message to the system open or off
but i have not knowledge to make *system*
please help me to make a system which work according to my message(OPEN OR OFF)

but sir i don't know ,how to make my system (hard were) which response my message .
give me technical knowledge to make hard were ,& which mechanism i use for open/off lock

You could connect the arduino to control a solenoid, that connects to the lock mechanism. Does this makes sense?

Dear sir,

Mr Wolin is right, use a solenoid to open/close the lock.

To drive a solenoid probably you will need a transistor if you are using a microcontroller.

If you give more technical details of your system maybe we will be able to provide more acurated help

i think that if you want to control lock with SMS then you must use GSM module interfacing with micro controller,you can use motor for lock convert rotary motion into linear motion .
