there are all kinds of sirens but lets start off with the basic design. A siren is nothing more than a audio osc and an audio amplifier. Now if you want the frequency of the siren to change ( warble) now you need to modify the oscillator - make it a VFO - variable frequency oscillator. This is the basic siren now all you need is imagination to for all those special effects
