Nowadays there are alot of Apps that using for phone, webpage and so on. can someone explain for me what is an apps? what coding is use to write an apps?

That's a huge subject. "App" is short for "Application" and it's just a program that runs on a smartphone that has a human interface [GUI]. "Apps" is the plural form of "App" and simply means "more than one App".

I know of three languages used to write Apps:
* Java
* Flash (though not good for iPhone anymore--sadly)
* Basic4Android
