Electronics core jobs for fresher

I am pursuing my final year BE in Telecommunication engineering with a good CGPA. Where can I find the core electronics and telecommunication based companies? I do not want to end up working in some IT company after studying Electronics.......Please some one guide me in this.Also majority of the companies will ask experience and how can a fresher find a start up core companies?If I work in some IT company,then after 2-3 years I cant get into the core as i wont be having electronics experience.......
And also some one guide me how can I prepare for the core companies?

Bell and ecil are the major companies that are offering government sector jobs in electronics department. ITI is the company offering such jobs in telecommunication sector. texas instruments is the private company offering for electronics department

ul get core jobs, be thorough with ur technical knowledge of ur branch..especially of 3rd and 4th semester. after completion of BE check where and all off campus placement is going on.. and keep trying for that. there are atleast 50 core companies as i know and u can get it.
