When connecting a transformer to DC and switching it on, with a light bulb connected to the secondary winding, the bulb will turn on for a fraction of second (pulse). It's obvious. But when switching the DC *OFF*, the bulb will also turn on for a fraction of second, *although at a lower brightness*. Why?
