Embedded System Project Ideas Using 8051, PIC, Arduino with Keil & MPLAB

i am interested in embedded system projects. i know keil, mplab, arduino and i write coding for 8051,pic, ardiuno etc., please give me any project ideas for me to do. i will work for your ideas

Before i try to use the SIM card as external memory for 8051 uC,
In this case we can use external memory IC, but insted i plan to use the 64K Sim card because thats cheapest one in budget.
If possible we could use locked sim card also, so i ask.
I am not well in embedded system, so i could not get the possible resource and i don't know that protocol for that.
Can you pls tell/try about that, if yes please post the circuit sch for 8051, and sample C program.
