what happens when bias voltage is removed from a circuit ??? what effect does this removal have on the output signal ??? how does it affect the carrier and side bands amplitudes ???

I assume you are referring to a solid state linear RF amplifier amplifiying a Double Sideband signal.

Removing the bias will change the amplifier operation from typically Class AB to Class B. Distortion will increase resulting in greater 3rd order intermodulation products close to the carrier.

How does it affect the amplitudes? For the same drive power the amplitudes of both the carrier and sidebands will be reduced.
