A person that has experience is straightforward and easy problem solver. The person who can suggest ideas and handle comments easily is also good one. An electrical engineer is quite logical that he/she always observe advantages and disadvantages of products by relating its application. Lastly, an electrical engineer is time and resources efficient.

Hi VWS,

In embedded development, it needs to have experience atleast in C or C++ programming which are commonly used in firmware constructions and hardware related projects. He/She must atleast experienced programming platforms like codeblocks, uVision3, and Flash Magic. A python or other C variant programming experience is a plus for an embedded developer and also experience FPGA development is great. The person who is excellent in electronics circuit analysis is the most important skill for an electrical engineer should have.
