Problem based learning

can any one help me design a circuit of a rechargeable emergency light using solar panel? it also has LED indicator if its full charge, low charge or empty. with out using microcontroller but with LDR.

I have just one question first, why do you need an LDR for your LED indicator?? Are you saying that as the light of your emergency light is depleting, it will indicate also how much energy is left in your battery(in this case)??

Anyhow, there are already many references you can find in designing a Rechargeable emergency light using solar panels. The quite tricky part here is the LED indicators indicating full charge, low charge or empty.
