From my experience, you should definitely try out PCBminions. They are really fast and cheap. Price is comparable with Chinese manufactures while the speed is quite fast. For some common spec, I got my board back in about one week.
Actually I believe they manufacture in China, but they have sales and engineering team here in US. The support is almost instant. The shipping may suffer some delay due to the US customs as you can see from the package tracking status. As for shipping, at the fastest, I got my board in three days, the slowest I wait for one week.
