How can I start a technology company in India?

Hello,

I am a young aged man who wants to start a little technology business in India.

But, in order to do that, I need contacts like Engineers, Consulters etc....

And my question is, where can I find them?

Would you advise me to visit an indian techncial university and just make there some "friends" or is this complete stupid? :D

The experience of others is the best tool in guiding you to build your own future. Have you heard about TED Talk? they have very nice talks, they share their knowledge and experience about how they succeed. Ask recommendations from your friends in that field. Conduct study and create guidelines so you will not be lost to avoid unnecessary expenses.

To start with, a start-up software company should focus on the pre-registration process for registering companies in India. They should also procure the following from relevant government offices:
1. Direct Identification Numbers
2. Reservation of company name
3. Electronic signatures
While applying for incorporation a software company needs to first identify its directors. The number of directors should not be lesser than 2 and more than 8. In case the directors do not possess Directors Identification Numbers (DIN) they should apply for the same at the official website of the Union Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Hi Jack,Its best you also consult some training companies. Many technology training companies in India have good hand hold of tech guys both engineering and development one's.Since they deal with them day in day out, it would be pretty easier for you.

You can start a Technology Company in India if you have Bulk of Money because without Money no one will Carry forward you for the upcoming level. So many Legal procedures have to be passed for getting Startup of the Company.
